As a key part of the National Sales Meeting, this new product launch needed to maintain separate but related goals of aligning all departments to pursue a single strategy for the launch. As the turnkey event partner, Impact XM was tasked with developing a complete launch meeting solution that would inspire and prepare the field force while communicating authentic dialogue HCPs.

In order to galvanize the group for success, Impact XM based the approach on Sun Tzu’s “Art of War”, a guide to winning in a wise and sustained way. The power of Sun Tzu’s clarity and simplicity helped to elevate a clear strategy that would counter sales force anxiety when it comes to selling a new product.
By managing the entire event from initial strategy to content development and stage production, Impact XM was able to develop a cohesive meeting theme experience that incorporated elements of ancient Asian art with contemporary and sleek graphics. Unforgettable moments using traditional taiko drummers and multimedia left a lasting impact with the audience, helping the team remember and apply the right tactics in the right situation.
