Dynamic and Welcoming
With only one month until the event date, Impact XM was tasked with crafting a dynamic and inviting look for Cornerstone’s Convergence event—an annual user conference that addresses advancements in cutting-edge technologies like AI, machine learning, skills ontologies and more. Following a recent rebranding, the client was keen to showcase the new brand front–and–center throughout the event.
A Rebranded Experience
To ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience at Convergence, Impact XM provided registration branding and standardized expo spaces for event sponsors. We also worked closely with Cornerstone to craft a consistent look and feel that was representative and respectful of the new Cornerstone brand. Distinct interactive design elements, such as the selfie logo opp or the swag shop, were used throughout the event to create an inviting and engaging experience for everyone involved.
Impact XM’s event design and brand execution was a huge success, creating buzz throughout the expo hall as attendees engaged with the client’s new brand through demos and other interactive elements. The client was pleased with the result and felt that the updated Convergence event was a dynamic and inviting experience. While specific metrics are not available, the event was considered a success and helped to launch the client’s new brand to their key audience.
