THE CHALLENGE
Big impact, edgy yet warm
Entrata wanted to make a large statement at the largest gathering of apartment professionals in the country. Their team looked to evolve from their previous corporate exhibit style to a more industrial, edgy environment design that still had the warmth necessary to host informal conversations and meetings. To do that, Impact XM needed to do what we do best – think big and design on a scale that would impress.
THE SOLUTION
A space that captured attention and engagement
In collaboration with the client, we designed an industrial-inspired lounge environment. Flanking the exhibit on all sides were matte-black towers with 3D ENTRATA logos to set the tone for the palette throughout the space. The front approach featured a large, wraparound deck that created a framed central area that served as a funnel for show traffic as it was located at the main hall entrance.
The central area featured a combination of industrial materials, unique seating opportunities, LED moving graphics, and lighting accents that created an active and captivating introduction to the Entrata space. On both levels of the space, Entrata hosted various types of meetings from small informal conversations to private group sessions and everything in-between.
THE IMPACT
The show posted record-setting attendance, with more than 300 newcomers, combined with a larger space and message, Entrata had more visitors than ever before. On social media, the team at Entrata shared “#Apartmentalize 2022 was a success. Thanks to all who helped out and made this week amazing!”.
