Sustainability is a core value for BASF, so when Impact XM start imagining and designing the plenary for their national sales conference, it served as a fitting inspiration to connect with the 500+ people in attendance.
Throughout Impact XM’s long-standing relationship with BASF, we have created and crafted an array of experiences that have engaged their audiences and helped reinforce BASF leadership position within the industry. In this annual sales conference, it was important that we showcase what sustainability could look like to the attendees.
The solution: The future is now
Impact XM designed a futuristic environment with inflatable pods to create a welcoming and collaborative space that surrounded the general session of the theater-style seating. The future was delivered with every pod. Stunning graphics and LED lighting highlighting BASF’s six brand colors all combined to create an inviting and immersive experience.
Once inside, attendees could relax and collaborate within intimate settings. Careful planning ensured that each inflatable pod was positioned within the plenary to allow the BASF executive to open the breakout sessions in a memorable fashion.
The pods also allowed for a cost-effective solution that created unique collaboration spaces while reducing weight, shipping cost, and labor to execute. Architecturally arresting, colorful, and engaging, it helped deliver an experience with the future in mind.
