SailPoint Navigate, held in Austin, TX, emerged as the pivotal proprietary event in the Identity Security industry. With a focus on education, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration, the unique challenge lay in creating an immersive, can’t-miss proprietary event experience for the varied interests and needs of the diverse audience—ranging from C-suite executives to practitioners, women in tech, sponsors/partners, and advisory boards.

Engagement Across All Areas
As the exclusive service provider for the entire event experience, Impact XM tackled the challenge with a meticulously planned three-day proprietary industry event spread across multiple floors. To ensure seamless navigation and a strategic use of venue space, the attendee journey was carefully crafted to optimize traffic flow and user experience. Key components of the proprietary event experience included:
Main Stage/General Session: A strategically designed space to accommodate various levels of attendees.
Expo Hall: 24 sponsors showcased in four levels of booth design and services.
SailPoint Booth – The Core: A central space with eight activation areas, featuring product and service offerings, expert engagement, and education.
Admirals Club: An innovative booth experience for registration, swag pickup, and community engagement.
Navigate Theater: A dedicated space for sponsors to present and engage with the audience.
Impact XM also provided comprehensive sponsorship management services, including exhibitor kits, graphic/creative management, and organized off-site experiences like a restaurant takeover for executive circles.
THE IMPACT
SailPoint Navigate set the benchmark for identity security events, proving that a strategic ‘one company partnership’ can elevate a proprietary event into an unmissable industry experience. The results spoke for themselves: 1400 registered attendees displaying an overwhelmingly positive response, with a desire expressed for expansion and enhancement in subsequent editions.
