THE CHALLENGE
Bring a new brand look to life for the next generation of attendees
Since 1974, NextGen Healthcare has been on a mission to empower ambulatory practices with innovative IT solutions. As a new client for Impact XM, NextGen asked us to help them evolve and launch their company identity at HIMMS by creating an experience consistent with their own innovations.
Both Impact XM and NextGen agreed that success would be won by bringing to life in design, what the brand represents and is known for: innovation and technology. NextGen required the booth to be open, inviting, and visually striking with a focus on technology.
THE SOLUTION
The New is what’s next
Knowing that attendees always want to see “what’s next,” Impact XM created a bright, modern design that focused on the company’s main branding elements. The architectural forms were all designed to deliver NextGen’s brand and to create an immersive, branded environment for the attendees to engage with.
With an eye to detail, Impact XM designed everything from the lighting above down to the seating that welcomed all visitors to the booth. Interactive screens were placed throughout the exhibit area where prospective clients could learn more about NextGen. The demos within the booth were modular and worked as both stand-up demos and a seated communal table with minor modifications.
THE IMPACT
Introducing the “next” is always a challenge but Impact XM delivered it to both the attendees and clients alike. The NextGen team was thrilled with the overall result of the show, the space, and the engagement.
