Intuit QuickBooks Conference brought together approximately 2,000 entrepreneurs, small business owners, accountants, and developers in Toronto ON for three days. Impact XM in partnership with Yellow House Events, helped them bring everyone together so they could connect, engage, and learn.
THE SOLUTION
Create immersive spaces that were anything but expected
With design inspiration based on the Intuit architecture and brand guidelines, Impact XM approached the design and sponsorship booths as hubs of engagements that brought the conference together in one cohesive and immersive event.
Impact XM designed and produced an expo marketplace comprised of turnkey booths, break-out activities and custom sponsor activations. Impact XM managed the fabrication, graphics, logistics, installation, and dismantling of the experience.
THE IMPACT
QuickBooks Connect and Impact XM allowed thousands of attendees to step back and experience the excitement of new, innovative QuickBooks products and empowered visitors to learn how those products could elevate their business.
