THE CHALLENGE
Making a Statement
As a leading global technology brand, Hisense sought to make a bold statement at CES, reinforcing its leadership in AI-driven smart home and entertainment solutions. The goal was to create an immersive booth experience that effectively showcased Hisense’s cutting-edge technology across multiple product categories. Hisense needed a compelling, interactive environment that would engage attendees, highlight key innovations, and solidify its brand presence at the premier consumer technology event of the year.
THE SOLUTION
Immersion Through Innovation
Impact XM designed and executed a dynamic, multi-zone booth experience centered around the theme “AI Your Life.” The exhibit was structured to showcase how AI enhances everyday living through interactive zones and hands-on demonstrations.
The booth featured hero product displays, including groundbreaking innovations like the 136-inch MicroLED TV, the 116-inch TriChroma LED TV, and the L9Q Laser TV, each displayed with immersive demonstrations. AI-powered smart living zones were created to highlight Hisense’s commitment to innovation, with dedicated spaces for AI spatial audio, smart home solutions, and gaming-focused experiences.
The “AI Your Game” area featured state-of-the-art Hisense laser TVs, PC gaming setups, and an Xbox sponsorship, while the “AI Your City” zone showcased Hisense’s advancements in smart city and automotive technology. This included Sandon’s water-based EV heating and cooling system and the Laser Car activation, demonstrating how Hisense’s laser technology can be integrated into automotive applications.
Interactive experiences played a key role in engaging attendees. Harlem Globetrotter performances, live Rubik’s Cube art by Dylan Sadiq, and product presentations by Hisense experts created an engaging and dynamic atmosphere. The Passport Experience encouraged attendees to explore the entire exhibit, guiding them through 12 activation points where they could engage with various Hisense technologies. Those who completed at least eight check-ins received personalized prizes, such as custom jerseys and pressed hats.
Hisense leveraged its FIFA Club World Cup™ partnership to enhance brand engagement, with a live appearance by FIFA legend Julio Cesar and an exclusive display of the tournament’s trophy, further solidifying its presence in the sports and technology industries.
THE IMPACT
Impact XM’s execution of the Hisense booth delivered a highly engaging and interactive experience that left a lasting impression on CES attendees. The strategic layout and dynamic activations drove significant foot traffic, generating buzz around Hisense’s latest AI-powered innovations. The interactive activations and gamification increased attendee engagement, while immersive technology demonstrations and high-profile sports partnerships strengthened brand recognition.
The Hisense booth was recognized by BizBash as one of the standout brands driving innovation at CES 2025. Additionally, Hisense won Silver at the BOSS Awards for its exceptional booth design and execution, further solidifying its presence as a leader in AI-driven smart home, entertainment, and city solutions. By successfully positioning Hisense at the forefront of innovation, Impact XM helped create one of the most talked-about exhibits at CES 2025, reinforcing Hisense’s leadership in the AI and smart technology space.
