Hanwha Vision America desired a series of experience centers to showcase its brand as a leader in video surveillance and security solutions. These interactive spaces would target a broad audience, including dealers, end-users, architects, engineers, and various customers.
These experience centers needed to effectively demonstrate Hanwha’s story and capabilities where guests could engage hands-on with cutting-edge products, experiencing Hanwha’s strength across diverse industries. Through these interactive exhibits, visitors would gain a clear understanding of the value proposition behind Hanwha’s security business and its innovative technologies.
Beyond product demonstrations, the experience centers also had to function as crucial meeting spaces for the Hanwha sales team. Dedicated team members required a space where they could organize visits and conduct tours, ensuring customers receive a comprehensive overview of Hanwha’s offerings.
Designing and executing these immersive centers across the U.S. required strict adherence to budget, timeline, and local regulations. With the core focus remaining on showcasing Hanwha’s security camera technology in a unique and sleek manner, this holistic approach to this space would solidify Hanwha’s position as a leader with cutting-edge solutions.
THE SOLUTION
An Immersive Adventure
Hanwha Vision America partnered with Impact XM to create a series of immersive experience centers inspired by the hero’s journey narrative. Visitors embark on a staged adventure, each step revealing the power and potential of Hanwha Vision’s security solutions.
The adventure begins at a warm and welcoming reception area, setting the stage for the hero’s path. Next, visitors gain a holistic understanding of Hanwha Group’s capabilities and innovations across various sectors. This initial understanding equips the hero with the broader context of Hanwha Vision’s expertise.
Transitioning to “The Powers: Hanwha Vision Products,” visitors engage with interactive demonstrations, fully immersing themselves in the world of Hanwha’s security products. Here, they experience the power and functionality firsthand.
Armed with newfound knowledge and tools, the hero ventures into “The Impact: Hanwha Vision Markets + Customers.” This section explores key vertical solutions and showcases real-world customer stories. Visitors can see how Hanwha’s solutions translate into tangible benefits across diverse industries.
The journey doesn’t end here. The experience centers incorporate a dedicated 20-person training center, fostering ongoing education and conversation. This space allows attendees to delve deeper and tailor Hanwha solutions to their specific needs.
Drawing inspiration from Hanwha’s brand identity, Impact XM subtly weaved the ellipse motif throughout the space. Tying the entire experience together, strategic metallic accents in silver echo Hanwha’s brand colors. The kitchen area exemplifies this with a round soffit, curved dividers, and an oval inlay floor. Product displays radiate outwards, reinforcing the brand’s visual language.
Notably, this location features a unique concave curved video wall, showcasing Impact XM’s design and engineering flexibility. While the custom kiosks and monitor displays boast a visually engaging, curved aesthetic, Impact XM prioritized modularity for easy updates to the displayed cameras, ensuring the exhibits remain current. Impact XM served as a one-stop shop, managing the entire project—from concept to installation—for Hanwha Vision America.
