THE CHALLENGE
C3 AI Transform is the world’s premier enterprise AI conference. This annual invitation-only event gives C3 AI top-tier customers the opportunity to experience new product immersions, hear digital transformation stories, and engage with other key companies and thinkers in the AI world. It is an intimate gathering to promote opportunities for peer-to-peer networking and to actively engage with C3 AI leadership.
Prior to the start of the conference, C3 AI wanted to conduct an internal sales training and meeting. C3 AI also has a research branch, the C3 AI Digital Transformation Institute (DTI) which supports researchers in any field using AI technology. C3 AI and DTI ran a concurrent symposium highlighting ongoing research and key academics speakers. The DTI symposium also highlighted 36 researchers who presented poster sessions.
THE SOLUTION
Our team lead the overall design, planning, and execution of this three-day event and symposium at the Nobu Eden Roc Hotels in Miami Beach, Florida. We delivered every touchpoint of the attendee’s journey with white-glove service and catered to VIP clients, current and former members of the military, and heads-of-states.
We handled registration and housing for both attendee tracks as well as a subset of VIP guests. We also produced general and breakout sessions, managed C3 AI’s sponsorship program and turnkey booths, designed and built a solutions hub and product demo expo hall, as well as onsite and off-site events.
