Within the experience, we needed to showcase AT&T’s various business units, innovations and industry thought leadership in a way that help translate into business success for their company.

For several years, Impact XM has designed and produced the AT&T Business Summit – a once-per-year B2B-focused event at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Dallas. Impact XM created the immersive event for over 4,000 of AT&T’s most senior leaders, staff, partners, customers, and prospects, which featured over 50 thought leadership sessions, 100 sponsors, and speakers such as Michelle Obama, Condoleezza Rice, and Anderson Cooper.
At the core of the experience, we designed the Innovation Showcase, which was a standalone expo featuring innovative AT&T products across all key business verticals. The Summit story extended beyond the event with a virtual take-over of downtown Dallas building buzz in the local market and a grand finale event that included a huge concert at AT&T Stadium.
Big? Yes, but everything is bigger in Texas. Successful? It was our goal and mission. With Impact XM’s help, the Summit has become the must-attend tech event for highly sought after C-suite audience in across the tech industry.
Now in its 3rd year, and with Impact XM’s help, 98% of attendees were “likely to recommend” The Summit to colleagues and peers. And the numbers don’t stop there – the event and experiences helped to generate 1.6 B media impressions, 331 M social media impressions, 500 press hits, and 8,000 social posts. In the end, all that equals tens of millions of dollars in incremental business for AT&T Business and their partners. It’s this kind of success that keeps us partnering with AT&T in all their future Summits.
