Crafted to launch a brand
Set a course to make a splash in an authentic fashion
When Acorda decided to debut its new medication at the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) expo, they knew they were setting a course for the company, and their success. Partnering with Impact XM was the start of that journey with a goal to attract and engage attendees within their exhibit.
A sail that helped a company take off
Impact XM designed and produced an eye-catching exhibit for the launch at AAN. The design was anchored by giant “sail” visible from across the exhibit hall that served as both brand icon and audience attractor. Within the 26.3’ -by-20’ area, we created a bespoke environment that boldly and confidently launched the brand to the entire show – exactly what a debut brand needs to do.
Impact XM also carried that same thinking throughout the exhibit itself by creating a sculptural representation of the logo and incorporating precision lighting to create awareness and a welcoming ambience.
Once inside the exhibit, attendees were engaged with a quiz game to test their knowledge via product-centric questions displayed on two 80” LED screens. RFID technology interacted with touchscreens and interactive kiosks to create a personalized, interactive experience and empowered us to track the attendee journey for each participant.
The success of the experience at ANN garnered Acorda and Impact XM a Silver Stevie® Award for Exhibition Experience from the American Business Awards® for Brand & Experiences.
Employing dramatic design elements, lighting effects, and interactive experiences our exhibit educated attendees and empowered us to collect valuable information. In doing so, Impact XM and Acorda Therapeutics created a bridge that guided guests from curious to knowledgeable and helped set a course from brand debut to company success.
