“The decor is just like what you’d find at one of our prestige Holiday events – only much, much, more,” says Monica Gomez, The Concierges Club. “We have thousands of lights, hundreds of trees and we’ve used the same snow that’s used in the movies! It looks very authentic. When you add in the special lighting effects, the entire experience really is magical. It will definitely get you into the Holiday spirit!”

Driving through Impact XM's Polar Drive

Some of the challenges for this project included height restrictions, fire marshal requirements, the need for permits and approvals (in the short turnaround time), and the cold temperature but the team was able to successfully produce the event in a space not typically used for this purpose while continuing to follow all pandemic protocols laid out by the provincial and local governments to provide a safe and contactless experience.

“With just 5 weeks to create this multi-level B2C experience there were many obstacles, but our team found a creative way of not only brightening up a dark parking garage but transforming it into a winter wonderland that brought so many smiles to those who visited.”, said Fady Hermez, Operations and Technical Lead, Impact XM
