Celebrating excellence in the workplace, the Stevie Awards draw over 12,000 nominations annually from more than 70 countries and are judged by a panel of 300+ industry professionals.
This year’s competition was fierce, with over 3,700 nominations submitted across the U.S., but our clients stood out.

These honors recognize the unforgettable national conference that brought together over 5,000 Sunbelt employees from across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Designed and executed by Impact XM, the two-day event blended immersive storytelling with high-impact visuals, transforming Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium into the heartbeat of the brand’s 4.0 strategic launch. From a larger-than-life “Anytown” exhibit hall to a high-energy general session featuring a 100-foot LED wall, every element was created to engage, inspire, and align employees around the future vision of the company.
PSE&G
PSE&G took home a GOLD Stevie® Award in the Art, Entertainment & Public – Roadshow category for The Great Energy Escape. This innovative mobile escape room experience, housed in a 53-foot trailer and developed in collaboration with ICF and Impact XM, educated communities on energy efficiency in an unexpected, high-impact format. Through interactive puzzles and immersive storytelling, the campaign combined education with entertainment, captivating audiences and sparking meaningful conversations about energy use.
