For NBAA-BACE, Universal Weather & Aviation required a 40’ x 40’ booth.
The challenge Universal Weather & Aviation proposed to Impact XM was to fit as many seating vignettes as possible to allow the representatives to meet with their prospects and clients and to present an impactful booth design, despite the reduced footprint.
Impact XM took on this challenge and presented a design incorporating some of their existing assets coupled with two new high totems, a hanging sign and a tall graphic wall for visibility.
The new high totems along with the hanging sign and high graphic wall pulled together the 40’ x 40’ booth space. Even though Universal Weather Aviation didn’t have the most optimal booth location, the hanging sign was a great add on since it was visible from most areas in the exhibit hall.
Universal Weather & Aviation was extremely pleased with how attractive their booth looked and how practical it was, given the reduced booth space.
