Creating a Brand-Consistent Expo
Impact XM was tasked with designing and executing a full expo hall experience for PointClickCare’s annual SUMMIT event. SUMMIT has traditionally been the annual gathering of PointClickCare users and partners, specifically designed to focus attention on topics and industry drivers that are affecting long-term care providers. The main challenge for Impact XM was to create a consistent brand experience throughout the event that highlighted PointClickCare’s various offerings while staying within the budget and tight timelines for delivery.
A Cohesive Brand Experience
Impact XM crafted a cohesive brand experience for PointClickCare that showcased their brand’s story throughout the entire event. From branded hotel and registration areas to turnkey expo solutions for managing sponsors, the impactful creative and well-crafted design made the event stand out for attendees, sponsors, and speakers alike. A fun photo opportunity in the Social Hub near registration added an interactive component to the event experience driving attendee engagement during the SUMMIT.
The PointClickCare SUMMIT continues to grow every year and was attended by over 1,500 people this year, marking a record attendance for main stage and breakout sessions. Impact XM’s design and execution were well received by both the client and sponsors, who were pleased with the results and turnout. While specific metrics are not available, the event was considered a success and helped to strengthen PointClickCare’s brand awareness in the healthcare industry.
