Recognizing the importance of fostering connections, Apartments.com collaborated with Impact XM to design a space that seamlessly integrated dedicated meeting areas for hundreds of pre-set appointments, a stage for captivating presentations, and an open floor plan to encourage natural interaction and exploration among attendees.
THE SOLUTION
Open Concept, Open Minds
Impact XM, alongside GSEAV, crafted a successful and dynamic open-concept exhibit for Apartments.com, designed to immerse attendees in the world of multifamily living. The space was a hub of activity, featuring 18 double-sided interactive demo kiosks, four enclosed meeting rooms, six semi-private spaces, and a captivating Learning Lounge stage. This expansive stage hosted back-to-back sessions covering the latest industry trends, solidifying Apartments.com’s position as a leading authority.
Unlike traditional booth setups, this open-concept design welcomed attendees from all angles, drawing them in with the vibrant stage, inviting reception desks, and engaging kiosks. Up-lighting and rotating gobo lights displaying the Apartments.com logo infused the space with a dynamic energy that perfectly aligned with the brand.
To culminate the event, Impact XM created a custom stage and backdrop to showcase a thrilling $100,000 giveaway, which was broadcast live on an overhead LED jumbotron, elevating the excitement to new heights.
The thoughtful layout ensured a seamless attendee experience, balancing open interaction with private meeting spaces. Whether seeking insights on market trends, advertising strategies, or social media best practices, the Apartments.com booth offered a comprehensive and engaging experience.
