Eye-catching signage highlighted sustainable initiatives, such as an 88% reuse of carpet for the 2025 event and sustainable booth options for exhibitors.
2. Personalization
Personalization took center stage this year, making attendees feel seen and valued. One standout activation was a poet crafting personalized poems on demand, adding a unique, heartfelt touch. IMEX also brought in the creative team from Event Rap, who freestyled raps summarizing select sessions—a memorable and fun way to reinforce session content. Exhibitors also embraced personalization, with Visit Phoenix offering custom-printed sugar cookies and Brand Makers pressing custom hats right on the show floor, drawing crowds and creating lasting memories.
