Test your tech beforehand. ‘By arriving early, you can troubleshoot any problems with the meeting tool like testing the video, audio and background,’ notes Sohini Mitra, VP of experiential services for Impact XM in New Jersey. ‘If you are presenting, you have time to check your presentation to make sure there aren’t any glitches and errors.’”
