Impact XM is thrilled to share that Rethink 2025, was recently featured in Corporate Event News—recognized as a bold reimagination of what a modern industry gathering can and should be.
Held on July 16 at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rethink 2025 brought together over 200 senior-level clients, partners, and industry trailblazers for a single, immersive day of insight, inspiration, and innovation. Rethink defied the traditional multi-day conference blueprint by delivering a high-impact agenda without any filler content. Instead, every moment—from the 8 a.m. kickoff breakfast to the final keynote—was purposefully designed to engage.
What made Rethink 2025 stand out? As Corporate Event News writer Shannon Thaler observed, “Impact XM’s one-day Rethink 2025 event proved that a focused, thoughtfully designed conference can achieve greater attendee engagement and satisfaction than conventional multi-day events.”
The day was framed by two powerhouse keynotes—Duncan Wardle, former Disney Head of Innovation, and Julius Solaris, renowned event industry strategist. Breakout sessions were intentionally capped at 45 minutes and strategically repeated, allowing guests to catch everything they came to see.
Corporate Event News also praised the intentional curation of topics, which leaned heavily into AI and emerging tech—based directly on insights from pre-event surveys. The result? A 95% satisfaction rate from attendees who said the event met their expectations, and 93% who found it a valuable use of their time.
At the heart of the event was the Engagement Showcase, a hands-on activation space that transformed the museum’s hallways into a living lab of experiential innovation. Sponsored by CORT Events, PEAK Technologies, Bizzabo, and more, the showcase allowed attendees to explore new technologies and tools reshaping our industry.
We’re proud to see Rethink recognized as more than just an event—it’s a model for what experiential marketing can become when creativity, strategy, and audience insight converge.
