Steals the Show at the Largest Annual Tech Event
Dayton, NJ –Developed for the world’s largest telecommunications company, the Impact XM-designed Connected Healthcare virtual exhibit has just been announced as one of the best in show at the 2021 virtual International Consumer Electronic Show (CES) by EXHIBITOR Magazine. Due to its highly innovative and interactive components and ability to keep attendees engaged, the virtual healthcare exhibit was showcased as one of the top 10 virtual exhibits and activations among nearly 2,000 at this year’s CES. This year’s fully digital CES provided more than enough attendees to pass through the virtual exhibit as over 80,000 qualified industry professionals explored the show from January 11th through January 14th.

Amidst a shift to virtual events, Impact XM was enlisted to create an experience that would connect their client with current and future customers alike. What resulted was an ever-evolving interactive virtual platform that acted as a single destination for all the client’s virtual event experiences. Showcasing a Continuum of Care practice, the virtual, 360-degree interactive healthcare booth features scenario-based storytelling and demonstrates how the telecommunications company is helping clinicians provide the best possible care through its services. Customers are invited to follow a patient from the scene of an accident, then to a hospital, and ending at home, where the fully-connected patient can then recover. Within every step of the process, attendees could rotate their camera in a full circle to interact with various static images and video prompts, each explaining how the company’s technology is used in the specific scenarios. Within the healthcare exhibit, Impact XM was able to create seven unique areas, placing more than 25 different products into real life context.
Since its launch, over 1,500 customers have visited the healthcare exhibit and there have been over 8,500 interactions with elements of content. Impact XM was successfully able to leverage its team of skilled technicians and brand strategists to catapult the exhibit to the top of this year’s CES.
