Impact XM is proud to celebrate Vimeo’s Gold win at the 2025 MarCom Awards for its immersive and visually striking trade show experience at NAB. The MarCom Awards is an international competition that honors excellence in marketing, communication, and design, recognizing creative achievement and innovation across industries.
After stepping away from the trade show floor, Vimeo returned to NAB with a bold ambition: to reestablish itself as a leader in the video industry and reconnect with its diverse community of creators, production teams, and enterprise users. Together, Vimeo and Impact XM set out to design a space that not only represented the brand but allowed attendees to experience it.
Drawing inspiration from the cinematic allure of a screening room, the booth created an atmosphere that was both immersive and magnetic. Suspended high above the show floor, a dramatic four-sided angular structure in Vimeo’s signature colors acted as a visual beacon, drawing attendees in from across the convention center. At its heart stood an 18-foot Vimeo tower crowned with a massive LED wall that showcased real content from Vimeo’s global creator community—transforming the booth into a living, ever-evolving celebration of creativity.
Beneath the tower, a purpose-built theater invited guests to sit, watch, and experience the platform in action. Surrounding areas were thoughtfully designed to balance energy and connection, with live demos, expert talks, and comfortable lounges fostering meaningful interactions between attendees and the Vimeo team.
The result was an experience that did more than capture attention; it reignited Vimeo’s presence in the industry and celebrated the creativity of its community. This Gold MarCom Award win highlights the power of partnership, innovation, and experiential storytelling, and reinforces Impact XM’s ongoing commitment to creating award-winning brand experiences that inspire connection and leave a lasting impact.
