Impact XM Announces Nick Borgdorff as New Senior Vice President of Operations

 

Industry Veteran Joins the nearly 50-Year-Old Agency to Oversee Organizational Strategy Amid COVID

 

Dayton, NJImpact XM, an agency that specializes in event and experiential marketing, recently named Nick Borgdorff as Senior Vice President of Operations.

 

As SVP of Operations, Nick will be responsible for the overall business activities of Impact XM, focusing on the strategic alignment of systems, business processes, and organizational structure. He will work closely with the Executive Team to create an optimal company structure to help navigate through the challenges brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Borgdorff began his career in the trade show and events industry in 2005 as a Business Analyst at Freeman. During his 11-year stint at the company, he developed a multi-platform revenue and cost forecasting system. He also held the roles of Assistant General Manager of the Chicago branch and Senior Director of Operational Execution. He subsequently served as Executive Vice President of Derse in Milwaukee, WI from 2016 to 2020. He was responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations with a focus on post sales processes and performance.

 

Throughout his career, Borgdorff has focused on business process optimization and reporting and analytics that support Executive decision processes. He has a passion for Leadership Development and extensive experience in development and deployment of custom systems to support unique business processes as well as implementation and configuration of ERP systems.
