This breadth underscores the expansive reach and significance of the Stevie Awards in honoring excellence across diverse sectors and disciplines.

In the 22nd Annual American Business Awards, where winners are determined by the discerning evaluations of over 300 professionals globally during an exhaustive three-month judging process, Impact XM proudly emerged triumphant. Our receipt of the GOLD STEVIE Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year in Healthcare for our transformative collaboration with Ferring Pharmaceuticals at ASRM 2023 underscores our unwavering dedication to crafting resonant and impactful experiences.

Additionally, our recognition with a SILVER STEVIE Award for Marketing or Advertising Agency of the Year further cements our position as a leader in innovation and excellence within the industry. As the second year in a row that Impact XM has earned the recognition of Marketing or Advertising Agency of the Year, these accolades serve as a testament to the relentless commitment, creativity, and expertise of our team. Details for Ferring Pharmaceuticals project

At Impact XM, our mission was to create an unforgettable exhibit experience for Ferring Pharmaceuticals at the 2023 American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) annual congress. We knew we needed to go beyond the ordinary to engage attendees on a deeper level.

Drawing on our expertise in experiential marketing, we devised a unique concept: a booth that resembled a cradle, symbolizing the preciousness of life and fertility. The design, with its sloping walls and curves, created a welcoming environment conducive to meaningful interactions.

Through strategic messaging and immersive elements, we highlighted Ferring’s core pillars of “Changing the Conversation,” “Navigating the Journey,” and “Pioneering in Practice.” Attendees had the opportunity to engage with Ferring’s cross-functional team members, gaining insights into the company’s commitment to advancing fertility care.

One of the highlights was the “Seeds of Possibility” wall, where attendees were invited to share their thoughts on transforming fertility care. What ensued was unexpected but profoundly moving: attendees shared personal stories of their fertility journeys, turning the booth into a tribute to the diverse paths to parenthood.

The impact was remarkable. Over 360 unique engagements were recorded, with attendees spending a total of 24 hours at the booth over the three-day event. The emotional resonance of the experience exceeded expectations, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and setting a new standard for experiential marketing in the fertility industry.

Our partnership with Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Evoke was instrumental in bringing this vision to life, and we are proud to have played a role in making the ASRM congress a truly memorable and impactful event.
