The addition of Matrex Exhibits brought specialized expertise in creative exhibit design while expanding Impact XM’s footprint in Chicago. Similarly, the acquisition of Enigma Creative Solutions extended its reach into the UK market, enhancing its ability to deliver impactful experiences on a global scale. 

Proving the agency’s ability to produce award-winning work, Impact XM received numerous accolades in 2024. Impact XM earned recognition from the BizBash Event Experience Awards for Best New Event Product/Service with xBI, its bespoke business intelligence platform focused on driving success across event and experiential marketing portfolios and from EXHIBITOR Magazine’s 2024 Find It Top 40. The agency also secured a Gold Stevie® for Marketing Campaign of the Year in Healthcare (Ferring Pharmaceuticals) and a Silver Stevie for Marketing or Advertising Agency of the Year. Additional honors included placements in the AdAge Agency Report, Event Marketer’s Fab 50 and Chief Marketer’s Top Agencies of the Year list. Moreover, the BizBash Most Innovative Meetings of 2024 recognized the Sunbelt Rentals POWERHOUSE event, while the Event Marketer Gold Event Experience Award acknowledged the outstanding Executive Briefing Center Design for Hanwha Vision America.  

The agency also celebrated individual achievements, with Dana McDonald, Senior Director of New Business Development, being recognized among the Top Women Leaders of Philadelphia by Women We Admire and Heather Griffin, VP of Marketing, named one of the Top Women Leaders in New Jersey.
