Octo, the global leader in telematics and driver behavior analytics, set out to position itself as the unrivalled platform for insurers to set premiums and evaluate claims. The challenge was to convene a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders—automotive OEMs, insurers, software developers, system integrators, media, and smart-city evangelists—and create a forum that would not only inspire but also reshape the dialogue around the future of insurance and mobility. Over 300 C-suite leaders gathered in Milan, the summit needed to spark meaningful conversations, drive cross-industry collaboration, and showcase how advanced data and hyperconnectivity could transform insurance in an era of software-defined mobility.

Impact XM partnered with Octo to design and deliver the Global Summit: Future of Insurance, a two-day program blending strategy, content, and experience. Together, we built a clear event narrative and brand environment that framed Octo’s leadership in the space.
The agenda was designed to be both engaging and informative, featuring keynote presentations, bespoke films, and discussions led by high-profile speakers. Strategic partner-sponsors including SAS, SAP, Cloudera, Idemia, and Salesforce joined the conversation, strengthening the summit’s authority and reach.
Beyond the content, the summit offered a striking environment that immersed delegates in the world of Octo. From stage design to a gala dinner and entertainment, every element was orchestrated to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
A bespoke event app enhanced engagement by allowing delegates to register, connect, and interact throughout the summit. One of the most dynamic highlights was the Ferrari road tour, which gave attendees the chance to test Octo’s platform from behind the wheel, turning data and analytics into a tangible, real-world experience.

Attendees awarded the event five stars for agenda quality, delegate caliber, and overall experience, with a standout Net Promoter Score of 84 and strong engagement metrics underscoring its success.
