Show Up Differently 

After taking time away from exhibiting, Vimeo returned to NAB with a strong sense of purpose. They weren’t just back to fill a booth; they wanted to reestablish themselves as a vital force in the video industry. The task was to craft an experience that would catch eyes and hearts alike, one that spoke to the diverse audience Vimeo serves, from independent creators to global enterprises.

This meant more than showcasing technology, it meant telling a story of empowerment, innovation, and community. Vimeo needed a presence that could cut through the noise, create meaningful conversations, and put their scalable video solutions front and center in a way that felt authentic, engaging, and unmistakably Vimeo. 

THE SOLUTION

Engage Through Experience 

To turn that vision into reality, we designed an experience inspired by the magic of a screening room—something both immersive and highly visible. Above the booth, we suspended a massive four-sided angular structure, boldly branded with Vimeo’s signature colors and sharp graphics. This wasn’t just decoration. It served as a beacon, visible from across the sprawling convention center, drawing attendees in like moths to a flame. 

Inside, the space balanced energy and intimacy. The centerpiece was an 18-foot-tall Vimeo-branded tower, outfitted with a giant LED wall that became the heart of the activation. Below it, a viewing theater synced to front and back displays invited visitors to sit, watch, and experience Vimeo’s platform in action. This setup didn’t just show video, it celebrated the creativity and innovation behind every frame, highlighting real content made by real users. 

We layered the booth with bold angular graphics and vibrant brand colors that brought Vimeo’s personality to life while creating distinct zones for live demos, expert talks, and one-on-one conversations. The environment was designed to spark curiosity, encourage discovery, and make attendees feel like they were part of something bigger—part of a creative movement powered by Vimeo’s technology.

THE IMPACT

Vimeo returned to NAB with purpose. The open-concept booth, complete with live demo bays and a welcoming creator lounge, drew a steady flow of visitors every day. New creators explored the platform for the first time, while longtime users re-engaged and shared success stories. 

Vimeo’s leadership praised the smooth build, on-site polish, and collaborative design approach that kept every detail on brand and on schedule. The activation showcased how Impact XM blends bold design, clear strategy, and smart technology to create experiences that move the needle.
