As a returning exhibitor to CES, Amazon set its sights on deepening engagement with a highly selective audience of tech-savvy professionals, industry influencers, and potential business partners. Beyond showcasing the latest Alexa-enabled devices, the objective was to position Amazon as a strategic partner in building smarter, more connected environments across home, car, and personal use. 
 

Key goals included reinforcing Amazon’s leadership in the connected technology space, facilitating meaningful business conversations with high-value A-Suite partners, and amplifying brand presence through influencer and media-driven content. To succeed, Amazon needed an environment that not only attracted broad CES traffic but also fostered curated, high-impact interactions. 

THE SOLUTION

Balancing Impact and Intimacy

Impact XM partnered with Amazon to create “The Home of Harmony”—an immersive, purposefully designed retreat within CES. Using performance insights from previous years, the team crafted an experience that balanced wide visibility with targeted business engagement. 

Located in a discreet ballroom at The Venetian, the space offered a calming contrast to the overstimulation of the main show floor. A clean, minimalist aesthetic, organic forms, and a soft, neutral palette set the stage for an intuitive exploration of Amazon’s AI-powered ecosystem. 

The exhibit was divided into two interconnected zones: an open showcase for CES attendees featuring hands-on vignettes and smart demos, and an exclusive VIP suite tailored for private meetings with key business partners. Every design element, from halo lighting to translucent partitions supported the narrative of seamless, ambient technology enriching everyday life. 

By blending immersive storytelling with architectural restraint, Impact XM brought Amazon’s vision of harmonious, connected living to life, creating a space that encouraged discovery, focus, and deeper strategic conversations. 

THE IMPACT

The Amazon CES 2025 exhibit exceeded key performance benchmarks, delivering measurable success across engagement, business development, and brand amplification. 

More than 27,000 unique attendees visited the experience, a 28% year-over-year increase, accounting for 20% of total CES attendance. The space not only drew increased traffic but attracted the right audiences—tech leaders, retail partners, developers, and media influencers. 

Within the invitation-only VIP suite, Amazon’s Devices Business Development team hosted 446 curated meetings, surpassing their goal by 3% and laying the groundwork for future strategic partnerships. 

Impact XM transformed Amazon’s CES 2025 presence into a dynamic platform for meaningful engagement, reinforcing Amazon’s leadership in shaping the future of connected living.
