We are looking for engaging, interactive sessions that will provide valuable learning experiences, encourage audience participation, and offer tangible takeaways for attendees to apply in their event marketing strategies.
Speaker Submission Guidelines
By submitting the form below, you agree to the following:
1. Cover Your Own Travel and Accommodation Costs
Selected speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses.
2. Non-Solicitation Agreement
This is a non-selling environment. As a speaker, you agree to focus on providing educational content and avoid promoting specific products or services during your session and throughout the event.
3. Meet Event Deadlines
You agree to submit all necessary session materials (e.g., presentation slides, AV requirements, etc.) by the deadlines provided following selection.
4. Allow Event Recording and Distribution
By participating, you give Impact XM permission to record your session and distribute the recording or related materials as part of post-event resources.

Submission Deadline: March 31st
Submissions will be reviewed by the internal committee following the deadline. All submissions will be alerted of selection status by end of April.
