Impact XM was tasked with bringing this vision to life by developing an immersive virtual world that still fostered a human connection with the LG brand and their products.
THE SOLUTION
Crafting the Ultimate Product Experience
Impact XM transformed LG’s sales approach with the LG DigiTour. A groundbreaking virtual sales platform, the DigiTour immersed users in stunning, interactive 3D environments that blended the excitement of video games with the practicality of traditional websites.
This innovative experience showcased 17 industry verticals, each featuring up to 7 products in realistic settings. To ensure a seamless and engaging journey, Impact XM leveraged Unreal Engine to create a fast-loading platform with high-quality graphics.
Crucially, the platform maintained a strong human connection by offering a flexible approach. Self-guided visitors could explore at their own pace, while guided tours provided a more structured experience. To bridge the gap, interactive elements like product spotlights, videos, and chatbots allowed for seamless transitions between self-guided and assisted exploration.
Live sales representatives were also always on hand for real-time interaction, answering questions, and providing expert guidance. Additionally, Impact XM integrated advanced features such as video conferencing, synthetic human characters, and lead tracking technology to enhance the overall user experience.
By combining cutting-edge technology with a human-centric approach, Impact XM created a powerful digital sales tool for LG, enabling them to effectively showcase their products and connect with customers in a dynamic and immersive way.
