Every year, Event Marketer recognizes rising stars within the experiential marketing space that are part of and identify with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. These individuals bring unique perspectives and creativity to the marketing space that drive event marketing forward.
For the 2023 recognition feature, “Experiential in Color + Pride in Events,” Event Marketer shines the spotlight on marketers from industry-leading companies like Meta, TikTok, and AT&T, among many others. Impact XM is proud to announce that Porsche Voice, a talented environmental designer, has been recognized in this year’s spotlight.
Porsche has been in the environmental design space for over seven years. In her role, she creates branded and message-driven environments and experiences to help our clients promote their products, services, and solutions, from healthcare to consumer electronics. Porsche feels that at Impact XM, the agency is making strides toward the sustainable future of events. She also hopes to influence education and training within the industry.
Of the industry, Porsche said: “I love that the events industry is practically limitless for creativity. Sure, budgets are always a challenge, but I love a good puzzle.” Each design brief allows Porsche to exercise her creative muscles and challenge herself professionally. She also shares a valuable lesson she’s learned:
“Not every design is going to stand out or put a stamp on the world,” said Porsche.
Additionally, Porsche believes that in a demanding industry, providing mental health resources where employees can speak with someone that understands the unique pressures can help people be their best selves.
